The Infamous Duo

Ah, Ezio (renamed Sparky) and Tobey. These two were the best kitties one could ask for. Energetic, cheeky, with loads of spunk. They would tear around the house for fifteen minutes straight, fighting or just racing. They would run all across wherever I was and then suddenly they'd find a spot on me and fall asleep in a tiny collective of fur. They were attached at the hip. Until Tobey died in June, poor little Sparky. It was hard, I would always be waiting for that cheeky little bugger to run under the fence all the way across the yard and right up to me with his adorable and quirky meow. Of course, he never came, and it was silly to wait there nearly every day, but it's connections like that that make having a pet worth it..
